Caution Regarding This Dealership I want to share a deeply disappointing experience with Land Rover Hartford. As someone who has leased Range Rovers for over 20 years, I have come to expect a certain level of professionalism from the brand and its representatives, expectations that were completely unmet in this case. The following incident occurred with a 2023 Range Rover (the vehicle) LWB - $170K MSRP On June 25, our 2023 Range Rover was driven by one or more Land Rover Hartford (LRH) employees to our home after being serviced. That same day I received an anonymous text stating that "someone was abusing your vehicle at the Land Rover Hartford dealership" including a video taken from the driver's seat of the vehicle that showed the following: Cruise control set to 93 and the driver performed a launch control during which it passes a 30 mph speed limit sign at 62 mph. The co-owner is arrogant and marks up vehicles 15-50K above sticker or used car pricing or as Aaron is pricing them " market value" when other dealerships are selling for sticker or real used car pricing. Then, calls and demand when you should take delivery, not when you can take delivery. Go to other dealers and save yourself A LOT of money. My experience with this dealership was absolutely top notch. By the time I walked through their doors, I had been to several other dealerships in the area and left feeling angry and disappointed. I was man-splained, ignored, disrespected and under-estimated. Land Rover of Hartford was a completely different experience. My sales woman Adrienne was respectful, knowledgeable and approachable. Went to Land Rover Hartford on a chance. Vinny was sales rep who met with me. He spent 5-10 minutes figured out my vehicle style and knew the car I came to look at was not for me. He immediately showed me a vehicle that just arrived. Checked all boxes and made process seemless. Appreciated the attention to detail and even took calls on day off at 6am. Excellent service. Bought preowned vehicle one month ago and brought in for a minor issue with seat warmer. They found the rear brakes were low and replaced free of charge.
I bought a used Range Rover from them. Sale process was smooth enough but please know that they are the type of dealer that will tack on ~$3000 of unnecessary fees to your purchase price. I baked this into my cost but it is shady. They charge $1500 for a Simoniz glasscoat “warranty”. Dealers make $800-1000 when they sell you this. It is a worthless add on. For fun I have tried to submit multiple claims to Simoniz for a stained interior and they have all been rejected. They also add on an $800 deal fee and then another $300 processing fee. They also ...

Vinh in sales is terrific! I showed up to test drive without an appointment. He had another customer there for a test drive. He was still able to make me feel important. Took me for a long test drive and answered all of my questions. I would not have bought my vehicle if it weren't for him.

I was traveling on a business trip from Long Island to Hartford and got a nail in my tire. Even though I am not a regular customer, Brent was able to get my tire replaced within an hour. Waiting area was comfortable and staff offered me coffee and snacks. Outstanding service experience.
Extremely rude experience with Kyle Skiba, sales manager. He doesn't seem to appreciate customers and gets irritated when the conversation isn't exactly the way he imagines it should be. Has no interest in bettering his dealership and it shows.

Give credit where it’s due, I had an issue not receiving a part that I order and brought it up to the parts manager attention, he took upon him investigate come to find out that somehow system didn’t process the order he took care of me and personally followed up and made sure That I will get my part.

Mika in the service department was by far my best Service Advisor i have ever dealt with. I’ve been to Toyota and BMW but the professionalism and care for its customers Mika provided he went above and beyond. He kept me updated, helped me process a payment through a secure link. Had my car parked in the front ready to go and walked me all the way out to the door of my car.
